  1. First mix the gram flour & lassi. Put the pan on the gas and put some oil and get it hot..
  2. After the oil heat add onion and green chilli and ginger garlic paste and saute it and cook it for few mins then add all spices and cook for 1-2 mins..
  3. Add the mixture of lassi and gram flour mix it and cook for 1/2 hour..
  4. Sprinkle dhaniya on it and serve it hot with rice or chapaties..

Take yogurt in a pan in which you are going to make kadhi. Add besan, ginger paste, green chilies, turmeric powder, sugar, and salt. Whisk it well so there are no lumps. You can use a hand blender instead. Mix the gram flour with little water and add to the beaten curd mix.
