  1. Wash and peel the lauki. And boil in a pressure cooker. when boil keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan..
  3. Once the oil is hot, add green chilli and let them crackle for a few seconds..
  4. Add onions and saute for 2-3 minutes..
  5. Add ginger and garlic paste and cook for 2-3 minutes..
  6. Add tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes..
  7. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder,red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, blak pepper powder, gram masala powder and salt..
  8. Add boiled mashed lauki and cook for 2-3 minutes..
  9. Cover the pan and cook for 8-10 minutes until oil starts to separate from the sides of the pan..
  10. Add lemon juice and fresh coriander and mix well..
  11. Serve hot..
