Hakka Noodles - Use any Indian brand of Hakka Noodles. I have used Ching's Hakka Noodles.   5. Now add mix colored bell peppers, salt as per taste, red chilli powder as per taste, some seasoning herbs, pinch of Maggi masala, tomato sauce, soya sauce and mix it well. And saute for 1 minute more..
  6. Now add boiled noodles in it and mix it well. Veg hakka noodles are ready to serve.
