  1. You need of rice.
  2. You need of split green moong dal.
  3. It's of fenugreek seeds.
  4. Prepare of Salt per taste.
  5. Prepare of eno fruit salt.

  1. Wash and soak rice,dal and fenugreek seeds for 6 to 8 hours with enough water.
  2. Drain and grind it in a smooth with little water.
  3. Add salt and mix well.
  4. Just before steaming add fruit salt mix gently.
  5. Put little batter in each greased idli mould.
  6. Steam for 10 to 15 mins.
  7. Serve with chutney.
