- Prepare of cakes of masala Maggi noodles.
- You need of Tastemaker.
- It's of water.
- It's of chopped carrot.

- Heat water in a kadai add pinch of salt, add cauliflower, beans, carrot, tastemaker and noodles cover and cook in low flame. After 2 minutes keep aside and add left over vegetables and tofu mix well keep aside..
- In a mixy pour curd, tomato sauce, salt to taste, sugar, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chilli, turmeric powder, Kasuri methi, cashew nuts, mustard oil, thyme, coconut mix well and make a fine paste..
- Spread a banana leaf then spread one tbsp mustard paturi paste then add veg tofu noodles, tie it with a thread..
- First method - Heat a pan spread a foil, add one by one banana leaves packet, cover and cook on low flame. Or Second Method - Heat oil in a pan then add one packet cover and cook for 2 minutes each side. You may choose either of the two methods to prepare this dish..
- Turn and cook each side till light brown in colour. Then cut open the leaf and serve hot..
