  8. It's of turmeric powder.

  1. Heat oil in a pot n fry onions till golden brown.. Methi Aloo Gajar Matar ki bhujiya !

  4. Now add carrots, mix n again cover the lid... cook it on low flame for 7 to 10 mins..
  5. Now add fenugreek leaves, mix n again cover the lid... cook it till water dries up.. I the mean time keep stirring time to time..
  6. In last add green chillies n cook for another 4 to 5 mins. Ready to eat with paratha, chapati or even with daal chawal. Enjoy !.
