  1. Collect all ingredients for vermicelli dosa..
  2. Take a mixing bowl and add all the above listed ingredients along with 3 cup of water. Mix thoroughly and bring it to batter consistency. Let the batter rest for 15min..
  3. Now heat a non-stick tawa, pour a laddle full of batter on the hot tawa,& spread he batter evenly.sprinkles few drops of oil to the corner of the dosa.
