  1. Take all ingredients togather.
  2. Take 3/4 Tsp Oil in vessel heat on Medium Flame for two minutes,now add 1 Tsp Cumin,1 Tsp Mustard seeds & Peanuts,After a minute add Curry Leaves..
  3. Start adding Onions, Green Peas & Green Chillies and sauté for a while until you hear Poping..
  4. As the veggies are done well, start adding Poha,Boiled Patatoes, squeeze the Lemon, Tsp Salt & Tsp Turmeric Powder..
  5. Mix everything well until everything Yellow and your done..
  6. Garnish With Coriander & yes Gujju's prefer Poha with Barik Sev.

Once the mustard seeds start to splutter, add the onions, green chillies, potatoes, carrot and salt. Stir fry the ingredients for a minute. Squeeze dry the poha and add to the pan. To make Batata poha, take oil in a deep non-stick pan and add the mustard seeds. Add the asafoetida and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds.
