  1. Heat the deep bottom pan add oil, when the oil become hot add whole garam masala and saute for 2-3min.

  3. Add sliced onions,green chillies and saute till the onions turn translucent or light golden..
  4. Add ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw aroma of ginger garlic goes away. Add garam masala and mix it well..
  5. Add 20 min soaked rice and mix well. Gently mix the rice with masala..
  6. Pour the 2 cups of coconut milk and gently mix it..
  7. Add salt and cover with lid and cook for 5 min on high flame, then reduce the flame and cook for 15 min..
