  1. Hard boil the eggs..
  2. Boil the peas too.. For a few minutes about 10min....i add half a teaspoon bicarbonate of soda to maintain it's color.
  3. In a separate sufuria, add oil, onions and garlic.
  4. Cook till it browns,add in chopped carrots and cook till soft...
  5. Add in the spices and stir except royce.
  6. Add in tomatoes and abit of water incase it starts to stick.
  7. Cover and let the tomatoes cook for a few minutes till soft.
  8. Add in the peas... And royce(personally I mix it with water) and stir.
  9. Cover and let royco cook for about 2min...
  10. Add in the hoho and cook for 5min..then add the chopped Dhania.
  11. Add in the boiled eggs, I cut mine into halves.
  12. Serve while hot.. I served mine with boiled rice and avocado.. Because avocado is bae.
