  10. Prepare 1 teaspoon of whole jeera/cumin seeds.
  11. You need 1 inch of Cinnamon stick.

  3. Meanwhile take the cheese and cut it in cubes and fry them and keep aside.
  4. Chop the onions length wise and keep aside..

  7. Now take a pressure cooker and in it add oil. Heat it. Toit add whole jeera when it starts crackling add tej patta, chotti elachi, badi elachi, cinnamon stick and mix well..
  8. To it add the onions and cook the onions till they turn golden brown..
  9. Now add the Morels, peas and the cheese and mix well. Add the salt and chilli powder and again mix well..
  10. Now add the soaked rice and mix it with light hands so that the rice doesn't break..
  11. Now add 4 cups of water (double the quantity of rice). Mix with light hands and close the pressure cooker and cook on medium flame for 10 minutes or till 4 whistles. Let the pressure of the pressure cooker release on its own. Open it and serve the pulao..
