Easiest Way to Prepare Delicious Sago vada

Sago vada. Sago Vada Recipe / Sabudana Vada Recipe / Javvarisi Vadai Recipe. This has been in my to do list for quite a while. I wanted to make it and post before navrathri because it is a must make and most of us favorite vada too.

Ingredients of Sago vada

  1. Prepare 1 cup of sabudana.
  2. Prepare 3,4 of boiled potatoes.
  3. Prepare 2 tbsp of singhara atta.
  4. Prepare 2,3 of chopped green chillies.
  5. Prepare 1 tsp of salt or to taste.
  6. You need 3 tbsp of oil.

These are usually made during religious Hindu fastings. Serve them for a evening snack with green chutney.
