  2. You need 1 & ½ cup of Wheat flour.

  2. Grate mooli & chopped leaves..
  3. Take a mixing bowl..
  4. Add wheat flour..
  5. Add 2 tbsp besan..
  6. Add 4 tbsp mooli leaves finely chopped..
  7. Add 1 tbsp coriander leaves..
  8. Add ½ tsp salt, ½ jeera, ½ ajwain, 1 tsp oil..
  9. Mix well knead a semi-soft dough..
  10. Cover & rest 15 mins..
  11. Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp oil..
  12. Add jeera and mustard seeds..
  13. Add green chilli & Ginger garlic paste & fry one min..
  14. Add mooli and leaves..
  15. Add salt,haldi powder, red chilli powder, and dhaniya powder..
  16. Mix well and cover and cook 2 to 3 mins on low flame..
  17. Add 3 to 4 tbsp besan..
  18. Again cover and cook 3 mins on low flame..

  20. Make six portions of dough and stuffing..
  21. Take one portion of dough and roll it..
